All of the beautiful Christmas wrap we throw away can be recycled.

When people are opening packages this year, keep in mind that you can cut any paper into a 12" x 12" square and use it for scrapbooking. Especially when it comes to the special moments.

  • The paper from the very first Christmas present for the new baby.
  • The gift from the man or woman in your life.
  • The first gift your child gives to you.
  • The first gift your grandchild gives you herself.
  • The first gifts exchanged as man and wife.

Use the paper as a backdrop for scrapbooking that moment or the person who gave it to you.

This doesn't have to be only for Christmas. You can do the same thing for birthdays, Mother's and Father's day, anniversaries, weddings, etc.

Make sure to at least make a footnote somewhere on the page to note where the paper came from. Over time, you will never remember.

Happy Holidays from Crafts!
