Christmas is Around the Corner

We all know the hard part of crafting is finding the time to do all of the ideas we come up with.

For this reason, we will be starting our Christmas/Holiday season extra early. What is the point of getting directions for a great gift to make uncle Ted when you don't have time to make it. We will be kicking off the 2007 Holiday Event in August this year. I have loads of plans. Last year I put together five weeks of five different topics with a new article everyday during that time.

This year I am going to do something different. With time being what it is, I cannot begin the season three months earlier and still promise an article a day. But I have given it a great deal of thought. I love decorating for the holidays.

I decorate a lot of trees for my home. We just enjoy it so much it has gotten bigger every year. We now decorate over forty and these are all inside. They range from very tiny to very large. Of all of the holiday preparation, we enjoy determining which tree which have a new theme and what the theme will be most of all. So we will be decorating a tree and I will add other juicy tidbits. What I am going to try to do is give you one topic a week. Within that topic I am planning to include:

an ornament
garland, tree topper or tree skirt
gift idea
decorating idea.
