If you missed the handmade paper, not to worry. Just click here and it will walk you thru step by step.
Take the three longest sticks and wire them together at one end about 2-3 inches from the end.
Now working from the other end, gentle spread out the sticks so they form a teepee. Using the smaller sticks, attach one to the bottom of each side of the teepee. Wire the ends about 2-2 1/2 inches from the bottom of the teepee and allow an inch overlap of the small piece on each side. Repeat for each side.
Now begin on the bottom of one side. Lay the paper horizontally across the sticks. Trim away the bulky excess but leave yourself the salvage for now. Beginning at the bottom corner intersection, hot glue the paper to the sticks. Glue the sides only, not the bottom. Make sure to pull it taut as you glue. Repeat for the two remaining sides. Now trim any excess salvage and add your light.
Once you get the hang of it, you can add design to the paper with stamps or freehand. Think aabout what my lamp would look like with the picture above as the design.
